Violin Classroom named after Prof. Dusen Kasseinov in Kazakhstan
The Violin Classroom of the 2nd Music School of Karagandy was named after Prof. Dusen Kasseinov, Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY.
Within this framework, a classroom of the afore-mentioned music shool where Prof. Kasseinov attended violin lessons as a child and where many talented musicians of Kazakhstan were educated was decorated with photographs and extensive information on Prof. Kasseinov’s life and work as an artist and manager.
In the speech he delivered at the opening ceremony of the classroom named after Prof. Dusen Kasseinov, the Chairman of the City Council of Karagandy Kudaybergen Beksultanov said: “I think our children must be educated based on examples such as Dusen Kasseinov whom we are proud of. In this school, we are educating musicians who will introduce Kazakhstan to the world in the future and this will be the strongest contribution to the development of our civilization.”
The Advisor to the Governor of the Governorate of Karagandy Rımbala Omarbekova, the Deputy Governor of the Governorate of Karagandy Irina Ljubarskaya, the Director of the Education Department Gulsum Kojahmetova, and the Director of the 2nd Music School of Karagandy Marat Majitov as well as artists who were present at the ceremony said that the Secretary General of TURKSOY, Prof. Dusen Kasseinov who contributed to the education of many successful musicians working in Kazakhstan and many other countries abroad as Rector and Director of the Violin Section of the State Conservatory of Almaty named after Kurmangazy also assumed key positions such as that of Minister of Culture of Kazakhstan and and will be followed as an example by many students and motivate them for their future achievements.
The opening ceremony also featured a short concert by students of the 2nd Music School of Karagandy.
