On behalf of the Secretariat General of the  International Organization of Turkic Culture and myself, I hereby express my most sincere condolences to the relatives of the victims of the snowslide which took the lives of 39 people in the district of Bahçesaray in Van  as well as to those of the 3 passengers who passed away in the plane crash which occured at  Sabiha Gökçen Airport. I am deeply saddened  by this kind of disasters which have been happening in the recent past  and share the sorrow of our people from the bottom of my heart.
