Visit of the Rector of the Düzce University Prof. Dr. Nedim Sözbir to TURKSOY Headquarters

The Rector of the Düzce University Prof. Dr. Nedim Sözbir and his accompanying delegation held a meeting with Mr. Sayit Yusuf, the Deputy Secretary General of TURKSOY in the Headquarters of the Organization.

In the meeting which took place  in a warm atmosphere, Deputy Secretary General Sayit Yusuf expressed his gratitude to Prof. Dr. Nedim Sözbir for his kind visit and stressed his appreciation as  to the Joint Cooperation Protocol to be signed between the Düzce University and TURKSOY. Deputy Secretary General Yusuf further stated that TURKSOY will fulfil its duty within the framework of the joint cooperation protocol to be signed between the two institutions in activities planned to be carried out by the Düzce University under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Nedim Sözbir regarding the Turkic World and said: ‘"On behalf of TURKSOY, let me underline  that it is a pleasure for us to see that our universities are engaged in studies focused on the Turkic World as our Secretary General Mr. Sultan Raev has decided to support joint activities and academic studies to be carried out with universities. Hence, allow me to thank  Prof. Dr. Nedim Sözbir, the  Rector of the  Düzce University for his strong commitment to the promotion and preservation of  the culture and civilisation of the Turkic World." 
 

The visit ended with a group photograph taken as a remembrance of the day.
