TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev visited the grave of the late Ambassador János Hóvári

On January 22nd, TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev visited the grave of the late Ambassador János Hóvári (1955–2023) together with the President of the Turkic Academy Prof. Dr. Şahin Mustafayev and Ambassador Balázs Hendrich, the Executive Director of the Representation Office of the Organization of Turkic States in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

Prof. Dr. János Hóvári who was a distinguished diplomat and author of important works in the field of Turkology was also an exceptional figure who dedicated his life to the  development and strengthening of ties between Hungary and Turkic states and made lasting contributions to this process as the Founding Executive Director of the Office of the Representation of the Organization of Turkic States in Hungary. His valuable memory was honored with respect and compassion.
