The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhammedov praised activities carried ouf by TURKSOY

The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhammedov praised TURKSOY for putting Turkmenistan at the centre of its activities on the occasion of the declaration of Anev as the Cultural  Capital of the Turkic World and the Year of Magtumguly Fragi.

In his message, President Serdar Berdimuhammedov who stated that Turkmenistan has pursued a policy of neutrality since the day of its establishment and expressed his appreciation of TURKSOY as an international organization which offers its auspices to  cultural activities to be carried out in accordance with the law of friendship and brotherhood between Turkmenistan and other Turkic peoples and stressed his happiness as to the fact that thanks to TURKSOY and cultural events it organizes,  Turkmen poets, artists, theatre actors and actresses  as well as painters  have the opportunity to share their works with other Turkic peoples.
