National Award from Uzbekistan bestowed to the Director of the Department of Culture and Arts of TURKSOY
Activities carried out by TURKSOY to preserve the cultural heritage of the Turkic world and promote it at international level has been recognised at the highest level by Uzbekistan. Mr. Arman Nurmuhametoğlu, the Director of the Department of Culture and Arts of TURKSOY and renowned cultural figure received the prestigious ‘Yangi O'zbekiston Yulduzlari’ (Stars of New Uzbekistan) national award of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
A Great Honour Bestowed by Public Acclaim
In the award ceremony held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, Mr. Nurmuhametoğlu received the first prize in the category of ‘Best Producer of Uzbek Culture Abroad’.
This award, determined by public vote, was seen as a reflection of Nurmuhametoğlu's contribution to the accurate and effective promotion of Uzbek culture and art worldwide on a societal scale.

Mr. Nurmuhametoğlu expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, stating that this success reflects the spirit of unity fostered under the auspices of TURKSOY.
