Message of gratitude and congratulations sent by TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev to TURKPA

Mr. Sultan Raev, the Secretary General of the International Organisation of Turkic Culture TURKSOY, congratulated Ambassador Ramil Hasan on his appointment as Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States TURKPA and expressed his gratitude to Ambassador Mehmet Süreyya Er for his valuable services to the Turkic World as his term of office has come to an end.

In his congratulatory message to the new Secretary General of TURKPA Mr. Ramil Hasan, Secretary General Raev expressed his belief in the fact that with his diplomatic experience and vision as a statesman and intellectual who has made significant contributions to the unity and solidarity of the Turkic World for many years Mr. Ramil Hasan will bring new momentum to TURKPA and its activities. 

In his message to Mr. Ramil Hasan, Mr. Raev stated, ‘Under your leadership, the parliamentary solidarity of the Turkic World will be further strengthened; our common values will be reinterpreted in line with the spirit of our era and carried into the future.’

Secretary General Raev who also sent a message of gratitude to Mr. Mehmet Süreyya Er, whose term of office has ended, expressed his appreciation regarding Mr. Er’s dedication to Turkish language, his visionary work and his sincere leadership. In his message, Mr. Raev said: ‘Your exemplary leadership during your tenure as Secretary General of TURKPA and your work towards the common goals of the Turkic World have been an inspiration for all of us.’

In both messages, Secretary General Raev stressed his belief that the brotherhood and cooperation between institutions of the Turkic World will continue to grow stronger in the future.
