Meeting of Secretary General Raev with the Governor of Adana Selim Köşger

The delegation headed by the Secretary General of the International Organisation of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) Sultan Raev and the Chief Advisor to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Nyshanbek Kochkorov, who are in Adana within the scope of official contacts, paid a visit ot the Governor of Adana  Mr. Yavuz Selim Köşger.

In the meeting held in the office of the Governor of Adana Mr. Yavuz Selim Köşger with TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev and his  accompanying delegation, views were exchanged on cooperation opportunities and joint activities to promote the culture of the Turkic World and foster cultural integration were discussed.
 

Upon proposal of TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev, various issues such as the organization of a Gastronomy Festival of  the Turkic World  in April 2025 along with  academic symposia and conferences as well as events to promote the common Turkic cultural heritage such as  Gatherings of Photographers and Painters of  TURKSOY  traditionally held every year by  the International Organisation of Turkic Culture to take place in Adana were discussed with the  Governorate of  Adana and both parties agreed to promote the rich culinary culture of Turkic peoples in Adana.
