Exhibition of the famous Azerbaijani painter Eldeniz Babayev to be held in Istanbul

Dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye and the 100th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev's birthday, an exhibition of paintings by the Azerbaijani painter Eldeniz Babayev reflecting different periods of his art will be held in Istanbul from  June 27th to  July 5th, 2024.

The exhibition which will be held at the  Art Gallery of the  Atatürk Cultural Centre of Istanbul in cooperation of TURKSOY with the Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Istanbul, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye, the Cultural Centre of Azerbaijan in Türkiye, the Atatürk Centre of Azerbaijan,  the International Relations Centre of Azerbaijan (Azerbaijan-Türkiye Community), the Presidency of the  Society of Manuscripts of Türkiye, Azerbaijan Airlines, the Painters' Union of Azerbaijan, the Art Factory and the Painting Gallery of Baku  will feature up to eighty works by the painter, mostly portraits, still life, daily life and paintings illustrating historical facts such as the unique victory of Azerbaijan in the War of Liberation and  the friendship between Azerbaijan and Türkiye usually refered to with the phrase "one nation, two states", and introducing the daily life, customs and traditions and culture of our people.
