Through your life dedicated to art and culture, your profound expertise, and your sincere commitment to the shared cultural heritage of the Turkic World, you stand out as an exceptional figure held in high esteem not only in Kazakhstan but throughout the entire Turkic World. The valuable work you have undertaken as a cultural figure has made significant contributions to the strengthening of cultural ties among our kindred peoples across different regions.

During your tenure as Secretary General of TURKSOY, activities carried out by the Organisation gained new momentum; significant steps were taken towards the promotion of the rich cultural heritage of Turkic peoples as well as the implementation of joint cultural projects, and the strengthening of cultural solidarity across the Turkic World. In this regard, you have left a significant mark on the institutional development of TURKSOY and the enhancement of its international standing.

While I wish you health, peace and well-being on this occasion, I would also like to express that we will continue to work with the same determination and dedication to ensure that your valuable contributions to the shared culture of the Turkic World are duly remembered for many years to come.
