Closing panel of the event dedicated to the commemoration of Dede Korkut at the National Library of the Republic of Türkiye
Speaking at the panel, TURKSOY Deputy Secretary General Sayit Yusuf emphasised the importance of cultural bridges TURKSOY has been building between countries andd peoples since its establishment in 1993. Deputy Secretary General Yusuf added that students who came to Ankara from the Turkic World to participate in readings of works on Dede Korkut organised by the Anatolian School stand as a proof of the contribution to the preservation and development of the common culture of the Turkic World which makes us who we are with our differences and similarities. In his speech, Mr. Yusuf expressed his gratitude to Mr. Sami Güçlü as well as to all those who work for the Anatolian School and said: "I believe that golden bridges built by TURKSOY will help Turkic peoples all over the world get to know each other more closely that the common Turkic culture will contribute to making the world a better place to live in."
