The Ambassador of Hungary to Ankara congratulated TURKSOY Secretary General Raev

TURKSOY Secretary General Sultan Raev met with  H. E. Viktor Mátis, the Ambassador of Hungary to Ankara who  visited TURKSOY Headquarters. 
In the meeting which took place in the office of the Secretary General of TURKSOY, Ambassador Mátis congratulated Mr. Raev for his election as Secretary General of  TURKSOY and wished him success in his activities.
Both parties discussed opportunities of mutual cooperation between TURKSOY and Hungary.
TURKSOY Secretary General Raev stressed that TURKSOY will further pursue and intensify its activities aiming at the promotion of Hungarian culture and art. Ambassador  Mátis who expressed his appreciation as to the participation of Hungarian artists and intellectuals in events organized by TURKSOY added that Hungary will always support such activities.
In the meeting, both parties also discussed events foreseen to be carried out by TURKSOY in Hungary in the near future and agreed upon a donation of TURKSOY's publications to the ELTE University and the Szeged University of Hungary.
