30th anniversary of the independence of Turkic republics celebrated in Nigde

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkic republics, a photography exhibition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the independence of  Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and  Turkmenistan was inaugurated in Nigde.

The exhibition was yet another event of TURKSOY held in cooperation with the Ömer Halisdemir University of Nigde.

The photographs featured at the exhibition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the independence of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and  Turkmenistan have already been exhibited several times since the beginning of the year 2021 in various cities and districts of Turkey  including the Municipality of Maltepe in Istanbul and the  Karaman.

The exhibition which raised great interest among citizens of Nigde was inaugurated by TURKSOY Secretary General  Dusen Kasseinov, the Governor of  Nigde  Dr. Yılmaz Şimşek and the Rector of the Ömer Halisdemir University of Nigde Prof. Dr. Muhsin Kar.

The exhibition giving an insight into beautiful landscapes of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan along with their ancient architectural monuments, ancestral traditions, cuisine and lifestyles was strongly appreciated bycitizens of Nigde.
