Mrs. Irina Vlah re-elected Governor of the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia (Moldova)

With 91 percent of the votes obtained in the elections on July 30th, 2019,  Mrs. Irina Vlah has been re-elected Governor of the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia (Moldova).

While the candidate of Sergei Chimpoesh, member of the People's Council of the Gagauzia (Moldova)  came second at the election with  7,27 percent of the votes, the leader of the Gagauz People's Movement  Ivan Burgucu  obtained 0,89 percent of the votes, hence coming ahead of the former Member of the Democratic Party of Moldova  (PDM) Dmitriy Monol who came third with 0,64 percent of the votes.
