TURKSOY Deputy Secretary General Prof. Dr. Purtaş gave a seminar to Young Diplomats

The Deputy Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture  (TURKSOY)  Prof.Dr. Fırat Purtaş participated in the 4th Training Programme for Young Diplomats of the Turkic World organized by  the Turkic Council in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. 

Within the framework of the  4th Training Programme for Young Diplomats of the Turkic World Prof. Dr. Purtas gave a seminar attended by 20 young diplomats from  Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey ad Hungary.

In the above-mentioned seminar, Mr. Purtas who delivered a speech on the achievements realized by Turkic diplomats on an international scale during the last 25 years elapsed since the independence of Turkic republics also shared his experience with the young diplomats regarding international activities carried out by TURKSOY for the rapprochement of the Turkic World as well as regarding priorities in the field of foreign policy.

The training programme organized for the fourth time in the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan aims at introducing young diplomats of TURKSOY member countries to eachother to foster their knowledge as to Turkic speaking countries. 

The previous three training programmes were held in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. The Fourth Training Programme for Young Diplomats of the Turkic World will last for two weeks and end on July 16th, 2017.
