Eurasian Service Award for Ambassador Kasseinov

The Secretary General of TURKSOY, Ambassador Prof. Dr. Dusen Kasseinov received the "Eurasian Service Award" of the Eurasian Association of Economic Relations EkoAvrasya, an association which has been carrying out activities for 11 years to raise awareness about and contribute to the development of good will and friendship relations between Turkey and Eurasian countries.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of EkoAvrasya, Mr. Hikmet Eren said that the  "Eurasian Service Award" of the Eurasian Association of Economic Relations is handed over to personalities and institutions in recognition of their contribution to the economic, social and cultural integration of the Turkic World and added: "It is a great honour for us to hand over the "Eurasian Service Award"  to Ambassador Dusen Kasseinov who dedicated a large part of his life to the development of Turkic peoples' culture and art".

Ambassador Kasseinov who extended his gratitude to EkoAvrasya for this award, stressed that non-governmental organizations play an important role in activities carried out by TURKSOY  and said: "EkoAvrasya is an important organization which TURKSOY has been successfully cooperating with for many years. I have no doubt that our mutual cooperation will continue  growing stronger. Thank you for this award."

The award ceremony which took place within the framework of the celebration of the 70th birthday of Ambassador Kasseinov  gathered staff members of TURKSOY along with many guests.
