Festival in Etimesgut

The 11^thInternational festival of Anatolian Culture and Art starts on August 29^th, 2014 with the traditional procession.

The procession will start at 05.00 p.m. and gather protocol members, NGOs, representatives of Turkic states and communities. The colourful processiobn will feature a janissary band along with thousands of people carrying the flag of the Republic of Turkey. The festival which will last until september 7^th will gather 28 associations from Turkey and abroad and be a cultural and artistic celebration reaching out from Europe to Central Asia.

TURKSOY which participates in the festival every year will open an exhibition and hold a colourful event on August 29^th, 2014. This year, the special guest of the TURKSOY event will be the "Duz Ava" song and dance ensemble and the "Elegiya" String Ensemble from Gagauzia.

September 3^rd: Çorum, Samsun, Irakı Turkmen People, Concert: Mustafa Yıldızdoğan

September 4^th : Kars-Ardahan-Iğdır, Kahramanmaraş, Eastern Turkestan, Concert: Alişan
September 5^th : Yozgat, Mersin, BİSAV, Concert: Hüseyin Kağıt and Oğuz Yılmaz
