M.Kurt: Theatres of Turkic Republics are the Highlights of our Festivals.
The Deputy Director General of State Theatres of the Republic of Turkey Mustafa KURT said: ‘‘While I was on duty in Adana, there was no theatre festival in Turkey at all, but we organized one. This festival which first took place on a national level later became an international event. However, we were missing theatres of Turkic Republics in it. Now, thanks to our cooperation with you this is no longer the case. Moreover, our mutual cooperation has been developing further everyday since then.
This year, we will be holding the first Theatre Festival of Balkan Countries in Bursa between March 08th-22nd, 2014, and we will invite theatre ensembles of Turkic Republics to it. I should also mention that these invitations are not unilateral, as our mutual relations are developing further everyday.
Be assured that we will continue pursue our activities to make our voice be heard in an ever more comprehensive way.’’
